Two days ago, my Blaze stopped syncing with my phone (Samsung). After a day and a half of trying to sync it, I removed the blaze and decided to start as a new device, now it sees the fitbit, but won't connect to it. I've reset the Blaze multiple times. I did a hard shut down of the Blaze, the phone and turned blue tooth off and on a few times. Any other suggestions??

First mistake was removing the Blaze, we need to fix the sync issue before we can setup the Blaze. If the app can't talk to the blaze, how will you be able to set it up?
Sorry but removing the tracker would be after trying the other 10-20 steps.
The second thing we need to know is what type of device are you having issues with that prevents your tracker from communicating with the Fitbit app.
Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I am having the same issue with both our Blaze. And now my new charge 3 can't be found by my fitbit app. FRUSTRATING

Cassandra, I finally got mine to work last night. I had to remove the Fitbit from my app, then have my phone forget the blaze (in the Bluetooth settings). Once it was all forgotten, I was able to add it as a new device, and it works perfectly. It won't update my steps in any challenges that I was in, but that wasn't important. It works fine for new challenges. Hope it helps you!

@CassandraWash we know the tracker isn't connecting because it isn't syncing.
That is correct, since the Blaze isn't syncing we know that the app can not find it.
Why would you go and remove the tracker from your account.
May I ask what type of device the Fitbit app is on?

I'm having the same problem since my phone upgraded to Android 9 (Pie).
It just won't sync. The last time it connected to my phone was two minutes before the system upgrade.
Any suggestions?

Mine is having a similar issue, the tracker stops syncing and under "settings" on the device, the Bluetooth option completely disappears. I have to shutdown the tracker and turn it back on, to bring back the Bluetooth option. Issue only started a couple of days ago.

I figured mine out. Turns out my mobile had lost all its Bluetooth connections. I had to going into my Bluetooth list, 'forget' Blaze, and reconnect to Blaze Classic. All good now!
