My Blaze stucked, can't be swiped

I've already raised this with support but thought I'd double down and ask here too.

 

My Blazze has been a bit erratic since performing the latest update last week but today after recharging it keeps getting stock on the clock screen. I can swipe down for music control and up for notifications but not right to access the main functions. Have tried resetting a few times and it works normally (albeit with a slighly dimmer screen) for a few seconds but soon returns to its frozen state.

 

I've also tried changing the clock face but with no effect.

 

Suggestions would be appreciated.

@petneil I've seen this mentioned before, and did a quick search, search bar found above. Several solved posts said the two button restart procedure worked. For one person it did not work, but @EmersonFitbit had a suggestion that did work.
