My Blaze will not connect to my Iphone, but did before

My fitbit was working fine until I went on vacation.  It stopped syncing and then I tried all the recommendations, including turning on and off bluetooth, and even disconnecting.  Now I cannot even get my phone and fitbit paired, it can't find it.  (and it is not an issue with my phone, I can pair other devices).  My fitbit did not get wet, so I am not sure what has happened.  Any advice?

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the Blaze using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

You pair other devices using the Bluetooth menu, not the Fitbit app so this doesn't rule out a problem with your phone but I agree that it's pretty unlikely.

 

Are you trying to set it up as a new device?
