So if it's over the warranty period you have to replace?  No other fixes?  Can't afford a new one right now.

Hey there @drdlk. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

When it comes to the limited warranty, once it's over, your tracker will not be replaced for any reason. However, based on your particular case, our Team may be able to offer a discount in the purchase of any tracker for you to be able to keep going with your healthy lifestyle using your Fitbit tracker.

What is the problem you're having? I'd like to help you out with this and see what would be your options!

Hi,  The unit would light up when plugged into the usb but when unplugged nothing.  I tried resetting 3 times and also tried to deactivate and reactivate with my IOS.  Would not find the unit.  Wasn't counting steps, the unit was basically dead.

Thanks for getting back @drdlk!

I'm sorry to hear that 😕

Have you tried by any chance plugging the tracker to a wall USB adapter directly? This could make a difference. Let me know if you're able to try and even if you're not, let me know so we can see what are the options here.

Will do.  Since the lights are all on when plugged in what's your suggestion for a fair amount of time to charge it via your suggestion?

I believe I have had this Blaze less than a year but the broken screen is apparently an expected product shortcoming.  Since it's a product fault, how do I go about getting it fixed by Fitbit?
