My Blaze will not hold a charge.

Hello, I’ve had my blaze for 2yrs now and this past yr the battery life only last for about 8hrs. I have tried all the tips and tricks.

Hi @NancyRich , welcome to the Fitbit Community, and  thank you for sharing all this information about your Blaze's battery draining too fast. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life? Or let me know if these are the steps  or tips that you mentioned earlier. If you haven't done so already, and since the battery is lasting only for a few hours, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here

Yes I have followed all the steps and have done a reset a few times now.
