My Blaze won't do anything

My Blaze suddenly stopped working after having it not even a couple weeks.  When I reset it it gives me something that looks a little like the fitbit logo but not right, vibrates then goes black and it never comes on.  When I try to charge it... it will pull some current for 5 seconds then stop and the screen never comes on.  It seems to be corrupted somehow.

Perhaps it could just be failing to charge?

 

Have you tried other USB power sources such as a wall charger used for phones?

 

If it's a software glitch then the restart you tried is usually the best bet to sort it. However, it's known to not always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times.
