Had my Blaze for a little over a year now. On Wednesday when I woke up I had a reddish/orange thermometer on my screen. I used live chat for help and was guided on how to restart my Blaze. I went through the guided steps and nothing happened the thermometer was still on my screen. I then contacted fitbit back via live chat and had explained the restart didn’t work. Their only solution was to offer me 25% off a new watch as my warranty expired in June of this year. I though I’ll let the watch sit for a day and a half and try to restart again. Still nothing but the thermometer and it won’t restart. I decided to call today and see if there were any other options to see about having this problem fixed. Still their only solution was the 25% off discount. I was told they couldn’t do anything more. Are there any places out there that fix and or look at fitbits? I feel betrayed and ripped off for a watch to only work a year considering what I spent to buy it.

I have the same problem. I’ve chatted. I’ve emailed and all I got was the offer for 25% off on another device. I was searching the forum one last time to see if there was a fix that I might have missed. It seems like a Fitbit should last longer than 2 years. This is the last Fitbit I’ll ever purchase (my first one mysterious lay stopped working too). I’m throwing mine away. Very frustrating.
