My Blaze won't stay on.

I charged my blaze and once I put it back on my blue wrist band it won't stay on. I'm not sure why it's doing this. It's fully charged but won't stay on but more than 5 minutes. It's still fairly new, only about 3 months old so I shouldn't be having issues with it already.

Hi there @Liz311. Good to see you around! 🙂

I would just like to know what exactly you mean when you say that your Blaze won't stay on. Is the battery dying and it shows you a low battery notification or it's that it will show the display for a while but turn off after a few seconds and come back on when you tap it or press a button?

I'll be looking forward for your reply to know what is exactly going on.

So it is charged. Once I wear it for a good 10-15 minutes it's just shut down. Then, I have to put it on the charger again just to make it turn on. And it will repeat. It will shut down.
I did speak with customer service and they are replacing it.

I'm having the same issue. Can it not be resolved other than replacing?

Oh Gosh, that's a concern. I'm contemplating buying a Blaze in a couple of months. Other than that, how's it going, worth it?

I love it other than this issue. It was a gift from my husband. I don't like to spend on myself. I have been walking fairly regularly for over a year now and then started a new fitness challenge in November. He knew I was just using an app on my phone. The Blaze had been so much more accurate with steps, and it also monitors heart rate, so I could see how long I was staying in the "burning" window. I have contacted customer support, so I will see what happens.

Hi there @H_wittman @GetABitFit! I'm happy to see you in the Community Forums! 😄

When it comes to the Fitbit Blaze not staying on, this could be because of the QuickView feature which will make your tracker's display to turn off while you're not seeing it and whenever you turn your wrist towards you, it will light up to show what's on the screen. You might want to take a look at this post about how QuickView works.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

I understand the Quickview mode, and no that's not it. It's not just sleeping. It completely shuts down. And now I can't get it to even power up if it isn't connected to the charging port. I have contacted Customer support and have been advised of my options.

My Blaze is doing the same thing. It is fully charged but when I put it in the band it goes off after a few minutes.
