I've tried using the andriod and iOS app and it's not working. Please help it's been doing this since I've had this. I don't know if it's the apps or the device. It will work setting up but then my app keeps saying it can't find my tracker.

@Taylovesoreo first pick a device to sync theough, then turn off the BT in the other device, it's possible that this is all that is wrong. The reason is because of limitations with bluetooth.
