Wow I just realized that message is really goofed up. Should have proof read it first. But yes, I cannot get it to turn in at all. The charger doesn't even recognize it's on the charger. I'm not sure what to do?! I'm lost without it

This just happened to me tonight. It was working fine, battery charged, then the screen went black and the sensor lights on the back went off. I put in on the charger and absolutely nothing happened. It is not even a year old.

Hello everyone!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and it's great to hear that some of you are receiving new units. At the moment of receiving them, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set them up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Now for the ones that keep having issues, I would like to know if you have followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy
