My Blaze wont get off the setup page

Hi,

My mrs just bought me a Blaze and i have gone through the setup but on the display sreen on the watch it keeps saying setup ? Also ive plugged it in to charge and i camt see any battery info ? Any help would be appriciated . thanks

@Danielsmith  If the screen still shows "Fitbit.com/setup", it sounds as if the setup did not complete or happen.  Until the tracker is set up, nothing else will show on the screen.

 

You may need to try setting up the tracker again.  Here is a link to the USER GUIDE as well.
