Hi, can anyone help me please....
My FitBit watch will not charge anymore. I cannot use it and don't know what to do.
Is it my watch with the problem? Is it the dongle with the problem? Is it the USB connector
with the problem? Is it the charging cord? I really don't know and I feel so left out without
my FitBit.
Hope someone can help me.

I have the same problem this morning also. Went dead overnight and won´t charge or respond.
I´ve emailed Fitbit support for help. I use Android system.

Same here, nothing, had 3/4 full charge yesterday, nothing this morning Does not show it is even connected as I try to charge it. Just a few months old.

So what do I do without my FITBIT? I am unlikely to get a new one. Love my current one
except it won't work anymore. Sad. I don't know if the battery conked out, or the watch
conked out, or the dongle conked out, ....whatever...
What to do?

Yeah apparently my Fitbit Blaze went dark three hours ago (5:09 AM) and it won't turn back on I can't connect it and it won't charge. Can someone please fill us in on this issue?

Mine is finally charging, hopefully yours is too! I had it in the charger for almost an hour before i saw the charging light appear.

My watch simply will not charge. It is absolutely dead! No light. Not charging anymore.
Not responding. Just dead! It's been 2 weeks now.

I reset mine and it´s now working. Press and hold the left button and the bottom right button at the same time for about 10 seconds.

I wish I could reset mine, the power button hasn't been working for forever. Looks like I'll have to download a new app to count my steps and hope my Fitbit charges before I go to class

I have tried everything, even pressing the buttons. Nothing works!
Not even charging it for two weeks. It is dead!

@mrmarkshen what device are you using to charge through? I hope it is the phones charger?
Is there any heat in the Charge 2?
Have you tried a second charging cable? They can be purchased locally, Amazon (2 days for me), or contacted fitbit.
If the tracker is as dead as uou say, it might take 3-4 hours before it shows any life

I am using the FitBit Dongle with the charging cable plugged into the USB charger.
Why would I be using the phone charger?
I don't have a second charging cable.
My FitBit has not worked for 2 and 1/2 weeks now. Sometimes it is flashing the logo and
at other times, no sign of "life".
I feel so "naked" without the FitBit!
