My Fitbit Blaze cannot have notification with my Huawei Mate 8

I just buy my Blaze since 2 days ago and try to connect to my Huawei Mate 8, it can sync to my blaze via fitbit app but cannot get any notification from my phoen. could you kindly advice how can I do pleaseeeee? Thanks in advance for your kindly assistance.

Hi there @SupolKL. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

 

At the moment, the Huawei Mate 8 is not listed as a compatible device. This means that some features may work but some others may not and we still don't have any news on when this phone will be added as a compatible device officially. Keep an eye on the list of compatible devices for more information. You can click here to see it.
