My Fitbit Blaze will not swipe left or right or show clock face

My Fitbit Blaze will not swipe left or right and will not show the clock face.  When I charge it up it shows the clock face, but then disappears as soon it goes back into the strap it freezes again and loses the clock face.  I have tried a reset a number of times and nothing seems to work.

I would appreciate any help.

Having the same problem for about 2 weeks. Using Android phone . Has there been an update?

My Clock face appears after a full charge up overnight however as charge on blaze depletes
Clock face becomes unresponsive when swiped
