Hi All,
I have a Blaze and it wont sync one of my walks.
Its very odd.
My partner and I did a large walk, and both our units wont sync the same walk.
I have tried to use 4G and Fast Internet, and they just tell me to "Try again to sync".
Dont want to uninstall the app, as I would loose all the info.
Nothing works...
Please help...

Hi - Thanks for your response.
No, the phone only needs data connection (cell or wireless at home) when the sync is done. It stores all the info and then connects and uploads when you are back in range.
I have done other walks with no data connection, and it has worked fine.
Cheers

It's great to see you around @JustMySteps and @Aclobos thanks for stopping by! If you haven't already done so, please check the following three GPS-related settings on your iOS device:
1. Make sure your device can track your activity when you're out of wi-fi range. To do so, tap Settings > Cellular and make sure Cellular Data is on.
2. Make sure the app can track GPS when your device is locked. To do so, tap Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.
3. Make sure your device is able to identify your location. To do so, tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services and make sure it's on for both the phone and Fitbit specifically.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Hi - Nothing to do with gps......!
If you look at the images I posted, it shows the tracked walk fine. It's the other info that won't sync...
Cheers
