My Fitbit blaze HR is not working since April 2018 and My trust with Fitbit especially on HR is high

I am using Fitbit blaze since mid 2016 I bought in Boston ATT store along with my iPhone SE. I got convinced when there is a match of HR between GE MAC 5000 Treadmill and my Fitbit and been using very regularly to monitor my HR as I am a cardiac patent who wants to run.  I am not able to find any solution to fix the problem

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
