I have not had my Fitbit on all morning and it’s saying I’ve taken 10,942 steps. It has been on my night stand all morning!! Can someone tell me how to fix? I’ve reset it a few times and I’ve reset the app at the same time. Not sure how to fix?

A warm welcome to the Community @Tls1020! Let me help you with the issue you're experiencing. I appreciate the restarts that you've performed, in this case the steps that you got need to be deleted by logging a driving activity.
It's pretty weird that you got those steps if you weren't even using it. Please reply to the following questions:
- In the activity graph, you're able to see at what time they were took. Was your Blaze still on your night stand?
- Is it the first time that this happen?
Keep me posted!

It's great to see you around @Hannah74, @DaveC450 and @Tls1020.
It's pretty weird that you're seeing activity when you weren't using your Blaze. I would like you to make sure that there are no activities logged in your Dashboard that might be affecting the data you're getting in the morning. Also, you can learn more about it by checking what are active minutes?
You can learn more about it by checking how does Fitbit estimates how many calories you've burned.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thanks for getting back @DaveC450. The activities that you can manually log in your Dashboard can be walk or run and this is what can give you extra data even when you didn't do it at the time it's specified in the Dashboard.
You can check here about active minutes and how does Fitbit estimate how many calories you've burned.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
