Also I don’t know how to reset the Fitbit I have been charging my Fitbit it turns on but doesn’t hold any charge

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with the Blaze not holding a charge, or not charging. The battery can last up to 5 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.
Before considering other options, please make sure to follow the steps described here to complete the restart procedure. Also, please confirm if you've followed the steps provided in this article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?
I noticed that you also mentioned in the tittle that your Blaze wasn't charging, if you're having trouble with this, you may also try the steps listed here.
