I try to sync my blaze this morning to see how my sleep was last night and it won't sync

so I try to remove it and re pair it with the app and it won't do that either

Recap my fit bit is tracking but it's not syncing to the app on my phone HOORAY

It might have simply been a busy server, in which case it should show up later.. However removing the tracker and setting it up as a new device might have reset your tracker as if it

I have been having a similar problem ever since my iPhone went to version 11.  Every night when I try to sync, my phone doesn't find my Fitbit.  I have to power down my phone and resign on to Fitbit on my phone to sync.

Not nice!

Mine used to sync just fine but within the  last week or so I can't get it to sync on my terms. When I try restarting the fitbit or my phone it makes no difference. it will update the information like once a day if I'm lucky and when I try to sync for myself it says that it can't find the device that I'm holding in the same hand that I wear it on. Very frustrated. I can't even get it to upgrade to the new firmware update because it, "can't find the device."

Go to your phone's app settings, "Force Close" the FitBit app, clear the app's cache, and restart the app. Then, go into your device settings, make sure the "All-Day Sync" setting is on, the "Heart Rate" is set to "Auto", and the "Always Connected" setting is on. See if that helps your syncing issues.

Is Bluetooth classic enabled? If so, disable that, it was preventing my Blaze from syncing
I haven't had a single problem since i disabled bluetooth classic.

This solution worked for me.
Step 1 - Use the fitbit app to disconnect your blaze from your account
Step 2 - manually go into your device's bluetooth and "forget device" for blaze and blaze classic

Step 3 - On your blaze, turn off bluetooth classic via the settings menu

Step 4 - Using the fitbit app, reconnect (add device), and follow the steps to reconnect your blaze to your account

You will need to re-do all your other settings, notifications and alarms.
But now I'm getting notifications again and I've had zero trouble syncing my device since I reconnected.  I've even been away from my phone, and had my phone connected to other bluetooth devices, and when I re-open the app, fitbit connects right away, just like it used to.

The downside is you won't have music control anymore, which isn't a big deal for me.

Reset your fitbit by holding down right bottom button and left button at the same time. When you see the fitbit logo you can let go of buttons. Also try turning on notifications only for syncing and then turn off, leaving it on drains the battery fast. Good luck!
