My Heart rate lights are off and can't get heart rate working.

My heart rate monitor stopped working.  The green lights don't work at all. I have tried restarting from a shut down, changing the setting to Off then to On, Changing it to Auto etc.  Nothing works.

 

Any recommendations on another unit i can buy to replace this that isn't a fitbit?

I have the same problem. A friend of mine says to just call their customer support. He says they're very helpful. However, I'm just going to use my squaretrade warranty.
