My Heart rate monitor has stopped working on my Blaze

Since January 1st my Fitbit Blaze has stopped recording my heart rate.

The green lights that flash on the rear of the unit arnt working either.

I have reset the unit and logged out and back in but still not working.

Please help.....

Oh, and the unit is fully charged

@Didgeeeboy are they turned on? 

Swipe over to settings in the Blaze

Tap and check the Heart rate setting.
