I just bought my Blaze. It will not get off of the setup screen. I have set up the account and down loaded the app on to my android tablet. The battery is fully charged. The Blaze is in the cradle and connected to my laptop. When I click update it tells me that it cannot complete update. Can anyone tell me how to make this thing work before I return it Best Buy for the 2nd time and just change brands?

You might want to try the setup again, use the replace option.
Best AnswerI have replaced the device over and over again in the app trying to make it update. It has not worked yet.
