I just bought my Blaze. It will not get off of the setup screen. I have set up the account and down loaded the app on to my android tablet. The battery is fully charged. The Blaze is in the cradle and connected to my laptop. When I click update it tells me that it cannot complete update. Can anyone tell me how to make this thing work before I return it Best Buy for the 2nd time and just change brands?

Thank you but none of that has helped. It still will not update not pair with my tablet.

Any error messages, did you say that the tracker shows up in your app?
You might want to try the setup again, use the replace option.

I have replaced the device over and over again in the app trying to make it update. It has not worked yet.

@Beach215 What device are you trying to set up and sync on? Let us know what device and as @Rich_Laue mentioned, any error messages you are seeing and perhaps we can offer more suggestions to try and help.

With A win 10 laptop you can do this also.
