My activity vanished

I went skiing yesterday and racked up loads of steps and calories burned etc. In the car on the way home I synced to the app and all was well. Then, it suddenly showed my step count as only 700, as if the day had started again, and all the activity up to 4 pm was showed in my app for the full day the day before.

 

I have restarted the Fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and logged in on my computer, but it has not realigned the activity with the right day. The Blaze and the App are showing the correct date, it just seems to have skipped a day somehow, even though initially it synced fine.

 

Help appreciated!

Could you provide me with a screenshot of your activities list by following the instructions provided in this post? In the meantime, keep in mind that you can always manually log your activities by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" or shows how many days you've worked out this week.
  2. Tap the stopwatch icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Log Previous.
  4. Adjust the activity details and tap Log It.
