Plz advise how to stop the screens from bouncing constantly

I'm not sure what you mean by bouncing but the first thing to try when a fitbit acts up is a restart. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of problems. For the Blaze you do this by pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
