My blaze is no longer registering my heart rate correctly

Hello. I purchased my blaze on 12/31/17. I noticed Thursday of last week my heart rate was consistently low during my work outs. It was registering 85 bpm when I was actually 145 bpm. I have restarted the device 2x, and the problem is still persisting. Up until last Thursday, the device was accurate. 

What can I do to get the device accuracy back?

Now it is jumping up to 200 bpm, while I am sitting on the couch...20180319_180247.jpg
