My blaze is not connecting and is stuck on the “enter your number on display”

My Fitbit Blaze won’t connect to my phone and it is stuck on the time 9:35 but it is actually 7:42  so I am trying to sync it but it is just stuck on the “enter your number on tour display” I got my blaze in 2016 and it worked but then I tried to sync it and it is stuck ior somthing. Please HELP ME😉

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not connecting 😕

 

I can recommend trying to restart your tracker and see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

If that doesn't make your tracker to sync, once you've restarted it, try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

I’ve tried resetting the Blaze and setting up a new device but it’s still stuck after entering the code with connecting - which it never does.
