I hope all is well. I have had my blaze for around a year and half. It sometimes doesn’t keep the best charge and now it won’t charge at all. I have used multiple chargers and ports. I have also clean off anything that may have been blocking it to charge. Any other ideas?
My blaze has done the same thing. If you look at the back where the charging pins touch you will probably see holes in the little gold sensors. It will no longer charge. I have been looking for a new back to replace it but, you can find them. I also tried to see if they would replace it they said no. I think I will move on from Fitbit I have gone through 6 in since 2015
I noticed the same thing and was hoping that wasn’t the case. Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it! What do you think you will get next. I really like having one, just not sure what I want to spend.
