My blaze won't sync!

I bought the Blaze yesterday, and it won't sync properly now, I've tried everything mentioned on sites but nothing works! I can't even change the watch face.  The date still says yesterday's date! I'm very disappointed and looking at sending it back.

need more information. Are you trying to sync on phone or Computer?

What Phone are you using and is it compatible?
