My fit bit blaze no longer reads my heart rate

When I’m doing my day to day activities I see that my heart rate is always blank even though I have on my arm my sleep schedule has also acted weird lately I will go from 12am to 4am then create a new spac from 4:15am to 7 am

Hello. I am having issues as well. My heart rate monitor isn't working either.

 

If I figure it out I will let you know but I would assume the unit is defective.
