My fit bit blaze seems to be frozen. How do I fix it ?

  • The blaze is stuck on the screen with the steps miles bpm calories active minutes.
  • it won’t charge and it cannot be found by Bluetooth. It’s at 25% battery power or below. 
  • when I charge it it doesn’t show that green charging status 

  • i Tried to do a reset with left button and lower right and it’s not responding.  

  • how do I go back to the home screen ? 

  • any ideas how to fix this ?
