I would like to know how to return my fitbit Blaze, because it will no longer track sleep or exercise.
I recieved this Blaze on the 19th of December 2017, and it worked well until Monday of this week. It still measures my heart rate and step, counts the flight I walk up in a day, I have reset it a dozen times, but it still will not track my sleep or exercise.
The reason I wanted it was for this, and now it just makes me go....

Does the app give you a reason for no sleep stages?
As for returning you will need to look at the return policy at the place of purchase.
