The heart rate monitor on my blaze appears to be stuck at 70. Very high for me. I've gone for a run and it hasn't changed.
The green lights are working and I've reset my Fitbit. Nothing's changed. Can anyone help?

Hello @Ruth1el0u, have you tried a shutdown through the settings menu on the Blaze.. This does a true hard restart and requires a sync after turning back on.
The other thing many people have found that could help is to do 3 resets back to back of the tracker

No change Rich. But thanks for the suggestion. Any other ideas?
I've also noticed that my app isn't receiving any HR data

Have you tried turning the heart rate off/on? Tried in both auto and on mode?

Try setting the blaze up as a replacement to itself?

No, and at most it could only affect the data on the tracker.. Anything before the last sync is already in the cloud server.

I'm happy for you @Ruth1el0u.
That was my next suggestion, I was simply stepping you through the steps they would be asking you to do.. This way when contacting fitbit you could get right to the point!

@Design06 in the top right is an icon where your avatar would be. Tap this, then tap contact Fitbit. Or simply Google it, or go to the help section in the Fitbit app.
