My new Blaze won’t turn on

I received a new Blaze from my hubby for Valentine’s Day. It is fully charged but won’t turn on. Did I over charge it? I am sooo disappointed!! I was able to sync it but have never been able to use it yet 😕

I'm a little confused. You say it won't turn on @cadensgramma, but you where able to turn it on, set it up, and do the initial sync.. 

 

Have you tried charging it or the restart. Hold in the left and lower right buttons at the same time. I believe it is for 15 seconds.
