Had a new blaze for Xmas and it won't receive texts...calls... any notifications at all. I've been through the online help and adjusted my Samsung s8 etc and the settings on the fitbit. Nothing .. any ideas??

That's a shame. Mine now does all that it states it should. Not sure why or how but I'm really enjoying it. Sorry I can't help

Yes, but I've tried everything on mine without any success. I even spent over an hour on a chat line with a Fitbit technician but he couldn't fix it either. It appears that the Sony Xperia Z5 just is not compatible.

I finally got mine to work!!!!!! Settings-notifications-messages-make sure show in history is on. Once I did this my tracker then recieved txt notifications. You can do the same with call notifications I believe. This may solve your issue as it solved mine! Good luck!

It didn't say which apps, it installed quite a lot of updates and worked after that.

Man im really stumped idk what the issue with mine could be then it is connected to classic ....fully update....all other features working. Just cannot get notifications bought it on boxing day and since then tried everything possible. Would you be able to tell me what version of software you have on your s8?

It only worked for me after doing this, if you have the same updates it may be something else?

I only get it notifications when I getting a phone call not text. I have IPhone 6s. I have tried everything. Can I get some help with this.

Before returning the Blaze we had one last go syncing with my husband’s Samsung S8 and it works!!
•Deleted Fitbit app, “Forgot” the Blaze Classic in Bluetooth settings and restarted the Blaze (press and hold left and bottom right buttons till you see the Fitbit logo on screen)
•Went into Settings - Notifications - Set all notifications to on (every single app listed)
•Re-installed fitbit app again and started the set up process
•When the Fitbit app was looking for the Blaze it couldn’t find it so turned off Bluetooth for 10 seconds then back on
•Once connected via the app a pop up flashed up saying to Allow or Deny access to Contacts Apps etc (which when my husband set it up originally it didn’t pop up) Press Allow on all pop ups
•On Fitbit app set all notifications to on (including messages calls calendar and all apps etc)
•Press 3 dots at the top and send a test notification
Initially nothing happened, no text alerts nothing, however an hour or so later app alerts started coming through shortly followed by text and call alerts and, touchwood, it has worked since!
May have been pure luck but that’s what we did. Hope it helps! 🙂

nothing works. it just stopped working. it worked yesterday but now im getting NO notiifcations. NONE zippo. i have reset evreything and then over and over again. its driving me crazy. im about to get a apple i watch. this is like the THIRD TIME i had issues with my blaze in under a year.
