Was wondering why my pink strap looks like it is covered in ink?? Only had it a week and it's gone dirty looking an I payed £30 more just for a rose gold frame an pink strap.

A warm welcome to the Community @Lisatyson. If you are seeing that your wristband is getting dirty, I recommend taking a look at our wear and care article and follow the cleaning procedure provided there. If after following these steps you keep seeing it dirty, please provide me with a photo of it.

Hi thanks for getting. My strap looks stained I've tried cleaning it. I have photos off it but this won't let me send them.
