My second Fitbit Blaze wont set up correctly or Sync, tried on 3 PC's and my Mobile device.

I've recently gone and got myself a second fitbit Blaze after the first one managed to become lost months ago. After initialy setting up via the cord it alerted me with an error saying the Blaze may not sync properly and if it doesn't im to set it up again.

 

I've now tried to set up 10 times with the same error, it wont connect by cord or by bluetooth. I've gone ahead and got my Google PHD with other peoples issues with the Blaze and any other Syncing issues but im still lost that every time it fails it asks me to try again, is it an endless loop?

 

When setting up it will happily find my tracker and give me the 4 digit code to get things going, then when it is "finishing up" it takes 5 minutes to tell me it has failed..

 

Any help?

Hi, @Perpilicious, it sounds like you might need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  Hopefully they will be able to talk you through setting up and syncing, or be able to use their tools to have a look at what seems to be going wrong for you in the set up process.
