Yes, you can export data in a relatively crude fashion, - however, it would be the best if the FitBit apps people could do simple app that allowed a user to select what data was to be exports and then with this data created a clean report with a professional appearance that can easily be emailed to a personal physician. Heart rate, Sleep, and Activity patterns and levels would be key data particularly for users over 60 or with health conditions that need general monitoring..

After syncing your FitBit Device with a desktop computer, or a Mobile Tablet or Mobile Phone:
Then open your Web Browser and go to the "fitbit.com" website on your computer or tablet, and look for a TAB to OPEN the Fitbit Dashboard and read the pretty output.
Next, somewhere in your Web Browser, there should be a way ("Tool TAB") to print out the report shown on your screen. I use the Google Chrome Web Browser and the Print Option which opens when I click on the 3 vertical DOTS near the top right corner of my Browser Window. That should be what your Doctor needs...
My Doctor loves these clear and concise Report Printouts.
