I charged my blaze last night and got the notification it was ready to go as I've done for he past year, I took it off the charger and turned it off for the morning. This morning I realized I had low battery but didn't have time to check it out I wore it for the day and when I got home plugged it in to charge, maybe 20minutes later I noticed a red temperature symbol which I have never seen before. I took it off the charger turned it off for a few minutes. Then back on to charge it and I realized it wouldn't charge. If I put it int the charger while  it's off it'll turn back on but not charge.. anyone can help? Is it the charger that needs replacement or gen actual tracker?!?! Please help. I love my blaze!

I'm not familiar with the red temperature symbol.  I saw it once on my iPhone when it was exposed to sunlight too much.

Make sure it's in a cool place when it's charging and maybe try another charging port?

In the meantime, i suggest restarting it and see if it'll fix the problem.

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.

If this doesn't work, I suggest reaching out to support.

Anybody know where to buy a new tracker only? It began to charge normally
and then again wouldn't charge and I'm not sure whether it's the charger or
the tracker since it turns on once it's inside the charger. Any suggestions?
