Need help updating my Blaze

Have new Fitbit Blaze - logged in on Windows - cannot update it because cant find it despite being connected by USB~?

 

So try to update it via Note 8 and altho connects via BT - click update - says keep tracker close - its right next to me phone - and fails so i cant basically use it over PC or Mobile - clock currently 1 hours and 15 minutes faster than real time - is this thing worth keeping and howon earth do i get it to work - will this constantly happen as i notice another thread with samsung struggling to connect too

@nw04jen I'm not sure what windows version your using, win 10 is the only version that can communicate through the USB cable. 

As for both, you can not use the BT screen to connect the Fitbit. If you have done so tell the BT to forget the Blaze. 

Then do the setup through the Fitbit app.
