Hey guys,

my husband's phone doens't work proparly anymore. He has a huawei p8 lite for 3 years now and he needs a new one.

Any suggestions which new phones (in Belgium?) do support the fitbit app ?

Because the Huawei p8 lite doesn't at this point.

Thanks in advance!

Your safest bet would be to choose a phone that's on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

If it's listed then you should be ok. If it's not listed then it could mean that it hasn't yet been tested by fitbit or that it has been tested and it doesn't fully support fitbit trackers. If you have a certain phone in mind and it's not listed then you could ask about in the community and hopefully get some feedback from someone with that phone.

I suggest, since most of us are not in Belgium, list a few of the phones that are available that you are looking at. There are phones not on the list that have been proven by users to work.

Do you know if fitbit supports Huawei P10 lite?

Hi, @ElineVn, none of the Huawei "lite" versions are supported at this time.  I have read that that is because the "lite" versions use a different sort of Bluetooth connection, which could mean that current trackers, at least, will never work with these phones.  However I am not certain of this.  What I do know is that I have heard no reports of anyone getting that phone to work with their Fitbits.

And the Iphone supports fitbit so i'm very happy 😄
