One day in and ready to box this thing up and return, annoyed as it was a gift from my husband for my birthday.
The only way I could get the Blaze to setup was to use a Windows 10 pc after hours of attempting to setup via my HTC Android.
After this I can only sync on my phone by rebooting both the phone and the Blaze and even then it's a one off.
Also, despite setting up notifications none are coming through, nor will the clock face change as I can't sync!
Without being able to do these simple tasks it's just an expensive watch and not fit for purpose!
I have tried everything in the forum's but if it's going to be like this then I think swapping to another brand may be the answer.
Happy to take our money but can't provide a product that does what they say!

It's great to see you here @ChrissyElliott. First, I recommend checking if your phone appear in our list of compatible mobile devices, since keep in mind that your phone needs to be compatible in order to work properly with your Blaze.
If it is compatible, please follow the instructions in the Having trouble syncing? and My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) posts.
