Need to reset the Blaze. Incorrect time shown. How do I do this???

Can someone please advise the steps necessary to reset the time on the Blaze?  I failed to charge it soon enough to keep the correct time.  Now, I need to know how to reset the time.

It will get time (and date) from phone or other sync device the next time it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My phone has the correct time..I'll wait a while and see if it will change. Thanks for your help.
