I've restarted my bluetooth, restarted my phone and my fitbit, uninstalled my app. I have tried everything and my blaze is still missing.

Welcome to the Community @93chelsey! Thanks for the troubleshoot you've done. I'm not sure at all if when you said "missing", you're referring to your Blaze not syncing or if it's not showing in your app as maybe it got unlinked or you lose it.
In case, it's not syncing follow this troubleshoot. If it got removed from your account then you need to set it up again.
