New Blaze - Can't see display?

Very dark with black background and lighter but hardly legible text. How do I change this please?

It's great to have you here @Colgor! I would like you to restart your Blaze. Also, provide me with a screenshot of the display that you're getting in your tracker.

Any chance you changed the brightness setting? To check the brightness setting, push the left button to display the clock. Swipe to the left until you see 'settings', tap to open, then swipe down until you see 'brightness'. If it says auto (the "out of the box"setting), it will adjust based on the ambient light. Tap on the word auto and keep tapping to choose which brightness level you want (auto, dim, normal, max). Auto and dim will use less battery than the others though.
