Hello, I got my Grandfather a Fibit Blaze a while back and his phone was compatible then, but now does not show up on the compatible list. His phone is a LG Aristo and when pairing it with Bluetooth it works. I have restarted his phone and the blaze. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have also tried turning off the Bluetooth and turning it back on. Please help if possible, thank you.

Hope this helps and welcome again!
