New Blaze can't set up.

I have anew blaze. 

 

I have dienliaded tge the app on my iPhone and deleted my old charge off my account. I have clicked set up device and the app finds my blaze and says connecting to tracker but never gets any further.... it is also not showing on my phone Bluetooth, I have tried resetting the tracker it's made no difference.... help please

Hello @Span1988, have you tried restarting the the phone?

You did not need to remove the the Charge or delete the app.
