New Blaze, cant get it to work on my wrist band

Hi,

 

I have the new blaze but only works when charging and it says its fully charged.

every time i put it on my wrist nothing comes up?

 

please help.

You need to set it up on your phone's app. Have you done this yet? Once you pair it with your phone and go through the initial set up, it should work.

yeah done all this, phoned the help line and now they are dealing with it.
