New Blaze, charged overnight. Woke up with 800 calories burned!

So, finally received a blaze where buttons work as they should.  I chraged the blaze after setting up all my personal information, goals, etc.

I didn't notice what the calories count was before charging, but I woke up (after not wearing it with nearly 800 calories burned).  It was connected to Mac, with no movement, fan noise, vibrations etc.

Mileage compared to readmill run was spot on, steps taken seemed to be accurate.  But, at end of my run, the calories burned on fitbit dashboard was 1,612.  Treadmill showed 812 calories burned.

I have tried to reset as well.

I burn about 80 calories per hour just being alive, and Fitbit reports that with or without the tracker on my body, so if Blaze is on charger for 10 hours it will show 800 calories burned.

@TTOWN  I believe that once you have your basic info (height, weight, avg heart beat) the blaze will start counting calories burned from that info whether you are wearing it or not, and then reset at midnight.  The reason being, once you take it off the charger and start wearing it you will have accurate total calories burned up to that point for the day. My surge and blaze both do this.

Why don't we go to the fitbit's interactive help guide, link found below.. Type "calories" into the search bar.
