Has this happened to anyone? I sent an email to customer support, but hope for an answer or comparison here.
WHY is the charge for the payment of the Blaze listed as a RECURRING PAYMENT?
this is making me apprehensive again about ordering direct from fitbit? thanks for any insite!

Mine said the same. Good luck with customer support. They are overloaded right now and I am still waiting on them to refund my money on my Blaze they received back at their wharehouse with RMA on the 9th. No email saying they received it, nothing.

they replied with an answer that had nothing to do with my question....i asked again....sheesh, why do they have such problems, they promote an item, advertise it on tv and then cannot help the customer?
i hope i do not regret this before i receive it...if i were you i would call them daily until they resolve your problem, good luck and thank you for the response
