New Blaze - need re-boot?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I set up and then charged my new Blaze this morning. This afternoon, it is dead. It won't turn on and I have it plugged into my computer and it is not responding (no battery indicating that it is charging)

On my Charge HR, there was place to push to do a hard re-boot. Is there a similar re-set button on the Blaze?

@JayeH5  You can try restarting the Blaze, which is done by pressing and holding the left and lower right button together until you see the Fitbit Logo.

Try charging it with the wall AC, it sounds like your computer went to sleep and didn't charge it all the way.  I use an iphone plug and always charge mine in the wall, I don't leave my laptop on.  Just don't leave it plugged in overnight, just the 2 hours or so to charge it up.

There are mixed feelings on leaving them plugged in too long.  I am paranoid, and don't charge my phone or laptop overmight, the LI batteries I think can still build up a memory, even though the experts claim they cannot.
